Participant’s Sole Responsibility
The Participant acknowledges that all decisions regarding the use, dosage adjustment, discontinuation, or modification of medications are made solely at their own responsibility and only after consultation with their licensed prescribing physician.
Condition of Service Use
A condition of using the services is that the Participant remains under the care of a physician authorized to prescribe medications, who is responsible for the Participant’s pharmacological treatment process.
The Service Provider does not provide medical supervision and does not replace professional medical care.
Scope and Limits of Support
The Service Provider does not provide individualized recommendations regarding medication dosages, tapering schedules, medication substitutions, or discontinuation plans.
Any references to personal experiences or publicly available publications are for informational purposes only and must not be interpreted as recommendations tailored to the Participant’s individual situation.
Procedure in Crisis Situations
In the event of suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, deterioration of mental health, or any other threat to health or life, the Participant is obligated to immediately contact their treating physician, emergency medical services, or appropriate emergency authorities.
The Service Provider does not provide emergency assistance or crisis intervention services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount of remuneration paid for the specific service.
This provision does not exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
All legal relationships arising from the provision of services shall be governed by Polish law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Participant’s country of residence.
